Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review the policy below.

1. Returns (Timeframe)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition
Returned in original packaging where possible
Free from damage not caused during transit

Because many of our items are handmade/3D printed and made to order, we may not be able to accept returns on personalised or custom items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

3. Shipping

All orders are sent out tracked, so you will receive delivery updates and confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

4. Reasons for Return

We accept returns for:

Items that arrive damaged
Incorrect items received
Faulty products

We cannot usually accept returns for change of mind on personalised or custom-made items.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will respond within 2–3 working days with next steps.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
This usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover return postage
For other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
